Meals
The day is composed of 3 meals – breakfast, lunch, and dinner which is all vegetarian with vegan option.
Breakfast involves omelette, olives, green salad, tahini, grape molasses, porridge, fruits, jams & honey, bread, herbal or black tea.
Lunch and dinner may include legumes, salad, hot vegetables with olive oil, rice, bulgur, buckwheat, and more.
All food is local and as organic as possible.
Tap water is drinkable.
Hot water will be served all day where one can serve their own complimentary herbal tea from the garden, for free.
Coffee, bottled beverages, fresh lemonades, fruit juices and cakes or cookies are extra.
